I harvested my plants this weekend, and found exactly one seed in one of the flowers...how did this happen?

I found one seed in one flower from my 24K plant i just cut down. So, did just THAT part of the plant get pollinated? Or could it be some other factor that led to it? No other flower had any seeds.

I'm just curious if anyone else has encountered something like this.

probably not...thats not his thing, lol. but they say pollen can travel up to 5 miles so who knows. i'm just happy it wasnt the entire plant...that would have sucked. lol

I wouldn’t doubt it, as machine said nature finds a way!

Could have had a random nanner you didn't see. Sometimes they hide inside the bud. Chances are you'll find a few more seeds here and there as you consume your harvest. It's no big deal.

Could have had a random nanner you didn't see. Sometimes they hide inside the bud. Chances are you'll find a few more seeds here and there as you consume your harvest. It's no big deal.

I have tasted 2 immature seeds in my last pound or so. It happens. Indoors from clones. Congrats on a successful grow.

thanks...its was my first grow, and it was outdoors. i fought off mites, aphids, and budworms....and came out victorious. lol

You do know that cannabis will occasionally produce a single seed for self preservation. There's a chance its a fem seed of that plant.
If your neighbor was growing males you wouldn't find a seed, you'd have hundreds.

i was super proactive. i would inspect my plants 2x a day. If any issue came up, i wanted to be on top of it right away.

I would have to think it's pretty much impossible for a male plant outdoors to only pollinate another plant to give one seed

i'm in socal...so still no cold yet. but i would pluck off moth eggs like every other day.
