Hmm...Not sure I understand that. I've never met a "right winger" that has ever said it's OK for the gov't to take property and/or family. In fact, if you'll refer to the Supreme Court ruling of Kelo vs. New London, you'll see that the "cons" were up in arms over the ruling...and rightfully so, wouldn't you say?

Well that would be a separate argument. I thought you were referring to "Eminent Domain" and the like. PATRIOT opens up an entirely different can of worms regarding Habeas Corpus, illegal search and seizure, illegal wiretapping and such. I am vehemently opposed to PATRIOT and I do not place the entire onus of its passage on Bush. PATRIOT would not have become law had it not been for the support of Congress. You do recall that PATRIOT I was passed by the Senate 99 to 1. Regardless of the fact that the Senate majority was Republican, it still passed by 99 to 1. PATRIOT II was also passed by Congress. Our president-elect voted in favor of the legislation. FISA, another bill that further erodes our freedoms, was passed just months ago. Again, our president-elect voted in favor of it. The downward spiral and erosion of our rights, as guaranteed by our Constitution is not the exclusive domain of the Republican Party as you can see, yes?

Your party can take the blame (tho they never do). Obama and McCain both supported it (besides the coal thing the only other real problem I had with Obama), but it was concocted by republicans.

Both parties suck, tho, no arguement here. Which one sucks the worse is what each person must determine for themselves.

Oh...and one more thing...the initial concepts of PATRIOT and Homeland Security was actually initially drafted by the Clinton Administration. Clinton went before the Council on Foreign Relations (after 9/11)and stated in a speech that "We were working on this legislation, but we knew we couldn't get it through Congress". 9/11 changed all that and the "knee jerk" reaction by Congress pushed it through.

He had a 10day ban, but in that time period he made over 20 accounts (21 to be exact I think lol) and posted alot of shit.
