I thought you tucked em under till thy pop back out??

You do.......and when they grow long enough to move to the next square, you pull it back out and move to the next square. You don't weave......everything is under the net........not over/under.

I don't untuck. Unless something goes wrong. I set the scrog at 17-20" from top of pots, (depending on strain, size, time ect) let them grow 3-6" past the net, then gently tuck them under a piece of the net. You can use plant ties to keep them there if they are bitches. Keep spreading them out to the sides/middle to fill the net 75% and trying to keep it as lvl as possible. Once at 75% ish full,, flip to 12/12. That's what I do. I've got some pics of mine up on my threads if you want to look

I use trellis netting in two ways.
I have a net about 13" above the pot which I use to help me spread out the 6 main stems I've created by topping the plant.
After it reaches that net I flip to flower and add another net about 14" above the first.
That is also used for support but it also allows me to tuck unruly stems to eve out the canopy.
This will usually give about 18-20 nice colas from each 2x2 footprint.
