I sprayed a natural insecticide, just curious if there is anything else I can do?

Should I spray the top of the dirt since they are only down low? Side note, all outdoor. And the temps will drop to mid 30’s this week, would that help at all?

Those bugs are aphids. Aphids don't do much damage at first but spread rapidly and can do major damage if they have a big outbreak. Yours looks on the verge of a big outbreak. If you don't spray something now, they will get worse. But if temps are going to drop into the 30's the spray might lead to mildew/mold. If its near harvest you might want to just do that. Its up to you how you want to handle it.
If you spray don't spray the soil. That' won't help. Spray the undersides of the leaves. Any insecticide should help. I'd recommend Spinosad.
