Maybe I’m just over thinking it lolWell I'm stumped still. Hope the topsoil will get rid of the yellowing!

THANKS 4 DRAGGING ME INTO THE OVERTHINKING PIT WITH UMaybe I’m just over thinking it lol
Thanks for my first signature quote thing. This is great stuff. Anytime you have some wisdom like that feel free to drop it on my page, homie! #inspiredOverthinking is a good thing as long as it is combined with a lack of action.
Don't make a move until you are almost sure.
It sounds to me like you know the problem and are waiting for improvement. Us folks growing in soil have to wait for fixes, sometimes up to a week. Losing leaves is commonly an N issue.More leaves yellowing. And they’re traveling up the plant I’m noticing. Any suggestions? I watered 2 gallons with fish and kelp fert just now hoping that might slow the process down. She seems hungry but I’m not 100% sure, this is the first time I’m growing while adding dry amendments.
The only thing I’ve done is watered with fish and kelp. Maybe I should add some ewc and a couple scoops of 3-9-4? I’m afraid of over feeding the 3-9-4. But at the same time, if it’s lacking in N who is to say that P & K aren’t right behind? It sounds to me like you know the problem and are waiting for improvement. Dont make moves until you are almost sure. Thats how we mess up really nice grows. The only thing I’ve done is watered with fish and kelp. Maybe I should add some ewc and a couple scoops of 3-9-4? Some of the bottom leaves aren’t getting light. But most of them are still strong and green not falling off. Just few are falling off. Maybe I’ll just throw a couple cups of FFOF on top and let it be like that. I did notice a couple big roots have pushed their way up through the soil, so I’ll add half inch of soil- 1 inch to cover thoseDont make moves until you are almost sure. Look at the whole plant again, then carefully diagnose what you see wrong as best you can. Leaves fall off for only a few reasons when there is no obvious pest issue. If they are getting any light, then there is a nutrition issue for sure.
Can you hear your own inner voice?I transplanted a month ago. 30 days today. She outgrew the 3 gallon pot in 4 weeks. And that was from a cup. So I went big lol. So it’s not a ph or root problem. It’s most likely depleted nitrogen content in my mix. I didn’t add anything high in N before I flipped
You are right! The plant was potted maybe 3 inches from the bottom of the pot. So maybe that’s it, but at the same time I wouldn’t know 100%. This is only my 4th time growing. I’ve seen nutrient lockout/ph lockout and the whole plant kinda goes south. But in my case, it’s only on the bottom leaves which would mean my plant is using the nutrients in the leaves. When I transplanted I vegged for another 2 weeks before flipping... I added little to no nitrogen, so maybe my plant has used up all the nitrogen in the soil. I’ll start with a tea, if that doesn’t solve it then I’ll topdress
This, if the fish and kelp arent enough after several days.Ideally imo, if a grow goes well like yours, topdress with the same soil. EWC will likely do well too. Or both.
If it is sulfur you would have seen it on the upper parts of the plantIt looks like either nitrogen or sulfur but idk what to add
Is it safe to foliar feed epsom salt during flower? I’m not trying to smoke my bud and have the urge to eat someone’s face offMost likely it’s magnesium
It is but what makes you think it has a mag deficiency? Is it safe to foliar feed epsom salt during flower? I’m not trying to smoke my bud and have the urge to eat someone’s face off
Someone above said magnesium deficiency. But it looks like nitrogen. I just want to be sure and know what to do moving forward. I’m not super good with deficiencies yet. Especially since this is my first time using amendmentsIt is but what makes you think it has a mag deficiency?
Its magnesium trust me on this one lol... nitrogen deficiency doesn’t make that pattern of yellowing.Someone above said magnesium deficiency. But it looks like nitrogen.
