I second this based on own experience(but first grow still). Growing NL from seeds and one of them is frosty like urs and other is not, but no size difference. Looks very similar to mine.

You may have mites considering the leaf curling. Pluck a leaf and look on top and bottom of leaf and look under a cheap scope or loupe

Looks like ya on the limit with the feed , ya on the boarder line, also tiny bit heat issue , very slightly

Do you have brothers and sisters? Do you know siblings. Genetic deviation is extremely common but there are very few Einsteins or LeBron James born.
