It’s one of those things you just have to try.

Hey OP try flushing this time and next grow mark one and don’t flush it. Then you can see if you like it or not.

Thats basically what I did with my first grow and this one and the pros of flushing far outweighed the cons

It's 2020. Everyone has a position. Don't flush if it turns you on. Present some scientific data if you want to have a real debate.

Well if you read the later posts a member already posted the scientific basis for flushing and that your harvest and end result will benefit from doing it

I think alot of people have valid debate on all the unwanted shit in their weed when you starved a plant in the last week its pretty well done at that point all trichs are cloudy maybe even a few amber when you starve that palnt to death in a sense your making it use up every bit of nutrients out thats where you get those faded colors im sure alot of people do it for the look alone but my plant was still swelling and getting super coated in trichs so like I've said previously it all boils down to preference what a particular grower does is irrelevant but there are proven methods that work for alot of big time growers

I don't flush in the traditional fashion. A clean grow will have greater results than someone flushing. I will start a thread and run two identical plants one flush one without from seed to smoke my next run. I think the post you are referencing about the scientific data was ran BIASED toward the flush.

Your right on that post I went back and read it lol idk maybe it's just preference but I feel like my harvest benefits from it and a ton of other well know growers do it and thats what I'm striving for

I used to; but I once asked a friend of mine if he leaves his dank in the dark before chop. His buds are extremely resinous and dank so I was expecting a yes. It was a no. His reply was that it loses too much moisture in that window. since then I have stopped. I didn't really look into it any further..

Now I simply reduce the strength of nutrients over given period of time and space my watering out to be less frequent toward the end - the medium is dried out and I Harvest at lights down..

If you were about to die, in a weeks time or so. Would you prefer that they stopped feeding you? Or would you request a 5 star meal to be had on Wednesday and let that digest for a few days whilst you kicked the can :eyesmoke: :peace:
