Veracious Ghost Stories

When we were still kids, I was looking for the same girl friend that I posted about earlier and I went to this
house up the street where the owner had a small play house in his backyard for the kids and I
thought she might be there so I snuck up quietly to check and see what was going on so from
about 15 yards away I stayed hidden not to startle her at which point she had no idea I was watching
her and I observed her sitting on one of the benches across from each other in the play house and she was having a
back and forth conversation with her dead grandma across from her. I never approached and just left never to mention
it to her to this day as we are still best friends and talk from time to time each year.

Another time when I was a kid I was at my cousins house on a street that across the street was a old fence that ran the length
of a couple blocks and on the other side of the fence was bushes trees and overgrown dead weeds etc..which was the very back of
Warner Bros. Studios. Heard of ghostly stories coming from the studios and the blocks behind it. Anyhow, me and my cousin (skuzin lol)
where kickin in his house late night (parents not home) when all the sudden we heard this shrieking loud scream of a lady and loud breaking glass coming from outside so we ran outside to see what was going on and when we got outside we seen this lady in her white nighty all bloodied up looking to be dead lying face down surrounded by broken glass on the small front lawn of a small two story apartment next door and we also observed a2nd story broken window facing the street so we ran back inside of my cousins house to call the fire department which we did then we went back outside to see the possibly dead bloody lady and wait for the fire department to arrive so when we got outside the lady was gone no glass on the lawn and the same 2nd story window intact glass unbroken. We were like wtf! This can't be! Needless to say when the fire department showed we told them what happened and they thought we called in a false alarm being kids but little did they know all was true and real. Something that has stuck on me to this day and will for the rest of my life. That was some very eerie unexplainable s**t but we knew it was no doubt supernatural. The whole block was known to be haunted being behind the very old Warner Bros lot/studios.

The street was called Gaylord St.
Ha, I've got many good memories of Lima St lol.
My block is gone :(. Half of it got cut off when the 134 was built in '58-59; but for a year we had the best "play field" ever. Then the rest of the block was taken over in the mid '80's by the redevelopment, I was long gone but Mom made a killing on the house. So, Lima St from Olive to Riverside is just a memory lol

Sounds like some good memories though! I had a few friends that lived on Lima btw Olive and Oak St. Also the kid actor Kristy McNichol lived on Lima.
She had a crush on me back then when we were kids lol. My best friends Mom would give us and her brother Jimmy a ride
to continuation school in Burbank High although most of my high schooling was at Burroughs High.

Oh yeah, the freeway was absolutely fantastic for us little kids lol. Stevenson Elementary was right up on Oak. Ron Howard lived on the corner of Cordova and Oak, he was my younger sister's BF in 3rd grade.

I have lots of creepy things happen at my dads old house. we found multiple indian arrowheads in the yard and woods in the backyard leading us to believe we were on a native american burial sight. when i was younger maybe 7 or 8 i was trying to go to sleep when i seen what i thought was my neighbor outside my window just walking slowly right past my bedroom window, it was a silhouette of a female and i remember its eyes looked like the glare that flash on a camera sometimes makes. I got out of my bed and looked out the window and there was no one there it was terrifying.

And on other occasions my toy hulk hands would randomly go off in my closet if anyone remembers those lol. and sometimes at night or when at the house alone it would sound like a tv or people have conversations in another room but when you check there was nothing on

Ha, sounds like Ron and your younger sis were a couple when Ron played Opie on the Andy Griffith show. I went to Stevenson Elementary and Sean Connery lived across the street just above Oak on California St. and I did as well just up the street from Sean Connery. Funny you mentioned Cordova and Oak cuz I had a girl friend that lived on that corner probably kitty corner of the house that Ron Howard lived in. His brother Clint Howard still owes me $50 for some coke I fronted him back in the high school days lol.

Well after a few months she said something to my buddy like man he's messed up I'm always hear him fighting with girls and there screaming and crying in middle of night and she is saying this when I wouldn't even come home sometimes I would be home for 2 3 days at a time my buddy was like wth you talking about he hasn't been home. Then it happens again she hard screaming hollering high heals running up stairs and I wasint even there she thought this because I semi worked at a strip club in frisco well we are cool with only one neighbor we were young and all the neighbors thought we were dope dealers with benzes and bmw and slammed trucks they hated us well the cool neighbor was like yah didint you guys know the guy that lives there before killed his wife in the house and had her in the closet upstairs we were like wtf and that whole room the carpet was changed compared to regular house they had put some dark cheap shit in there so we made it a thatre room it was fukin crazy

I'm thinking, the carpet was changed due to it was a murderous blood bath in that room!?
