how much longer does she look like she needs. I was thinking another week of nutes and then 1-2 of flushing. They’re in week 7 or 8 of flower. Thank you in advance.

I would suggest tapering off your nutes until finished, I don't flush my plants. There is no real need for it. Do what you feel is best but I believe flushing does more harm than good. The last 2 to 3 weeks is when the plant bulks up the most, starving it only hurts yields.
