i would recommend against getting a kit. Start by researching lighting and growing medium. You'll usually end up with a really substandard light if you buy an all in one kit. We're asking about your budget because that will determine which light you get. Read up about the difference between growing in dirt vs coco-you should probably start with one of those over a "real" hydro system. You can have great results with a really simple setup and cheap nutes, like Dyna Gro Foliage Pro, but if your light is lacking, nothing you do can make up for it.
Okay so led lights are the way to go.

I just want to grow successfilly if it’s 200 or 300 so be it. I’ve been getting screwed with deals as it’s so scarce to come by
I get that. Startup is always the most expensive part. More so because people buy garbage, realize what they have done down the road and end up buying better stuff. It's like buying cheap tools. Sure your wrenches cost less but in the end some will only have to buy one set, others will have to buy many. Just keep learning and run equipment by the more experienced folk before you spend your hard earned money. Perhaps some can save you the mistakes that many have made before you.

Okay I’ve sourced coco with perlite.
Coco is great for some folks, I personally love it. 70 to 75% coco with 25 - 30% perlite works fantastic. Always o2 at the roots, can't over water. No nutes in coco so it is all what you put into it. It's a great medium to learn how to speak plant with.

Yeah I saw that it has no nutrients, so will added nutrients ‘ flavour’ the plant?

No, the flavor of the plant comes from it's natural terpenes. The joy of coco is you give it the nutes it needs and are always in control of what the plant has to feed on. The PH chart shows the different nutrients the plant takes in, the plant does not care what their source is, as long as they are available for the roots to take in.
