Sharing my final design for my 10x12 room

I got some help off this forum so wanted to post the final design just in case some people who had similar setups needed ideas. The visual was done in a free editor so don't mind the random furniture.
After a long, long couple days of drawing up plans, trashing them and revising them, I've settled on a solution I feel good about. I'll run through it briefly.

I plan on having 3 tents - a 4x8 flower tent, a 5x5 flower tent and a 4x4 veg tent.I will run the flower tents staggered at 4-5 weeks.
Optional 2x5 closet for mothers down the road. Attached bathroom for drying when needed.

Lighting:

4x8 flower tent - 2x HLG 600 R Spec
5x5 flower tent - 1x HLG 600 R Spec
4x4 veg tent - 1x HLG 300 B Spec

Process:
Pop seeds.
When ready - 16oz solo cup for 1.5 weeks and top them.
Then into 1 gallons for ~2 weeks and LST. Sex them during this then decide final pot size (3 or 5 gallon) based on # of females.
Transfer to 4x8 flower tent in 3 or 5 gallons and veg under SCROG for 1.5-2 weeks then flip to flower.
Right before the flip - take clones for 5x5 flower tent and root in 16oz solo cups and start the process over (top, LST, etc.)
Harvest original seeds, transfer 5x5 veg to 5x5 flower, start veg for 4x8.

Note - the entrance is at the bottom of the 4x8 so I plan on removing the door (it opens in) so I can get in and out of the room with ease.
I can have a work table placed directly outside the room or there's an attached bathroom with the entrance in the middle of the bottom wall to work in.

Figured I'd post my resolution to help any others who are thinking about a similar setup.

Might take the closet doors off and push the veg tent back into that area to minimize space usage and then have most of that room to flower in.

I still would rather use a tent as I'm renting the house and don't want to anchor into the ceilings or walls. But I like the idea of pushing the veg tent into the closet

You could always make simple frames to hold the lights or buy the ones that are already made. I get it though, sometimes a tent makes it a lot easier to tear down and move. Since you are renting it's not like you are gonna ever go full frog in there.

What is ceiling height? What are your ventilation options? I am curios because I have been looking at the HLG lights and I am concerned about their heat output. Are you going to run 120v or 240v? Good luck can't wait to see how this moves along.

Running 120v. The stock ceiling height is 6'11 in the gorilla grow tents. They have a 1ft and 2ft extension option that I'm considering because I have the same concern. I read that the led heat sits and rises from the lights, rather than radiates at the plants. A user suggested to blow the heat down to encourage mixing and raise ambient temperature. Ventilate out the bottom of the tent with a cloudline t6 or t8 or equivalent unless you have another suggestion (haven't ran the specs to know which is appropriate)

Also would two 4x8 fit in a L shape...then run four 600r and add the tent extensions because heat does rise and you can duct the vents from the tops of the Gorilla tents.? @Renfro mentioned moving the veg tent to the closet area. Any option to run 240v on a autopilot or equivalent ? The 240v "should" have an impact on heat. You could dial that space in if you can get the environment in line.

@sunsetsherby so as a reference point this is a 4'x8' 3x- 315cmh phantom remote ballast. I think @Renfro is suggesting to you that you could turn that room into a L shape flower room with 4 HLG 600r and then a 4'x4' veg tent(5'x5' if it fits in the closet). I am curious about the HLG lights so I am happy to see a ee grow.

Loving the process. Im all for upgrading pot size multiple times.

@sunsetsherby @Renfro you could blow that space up with proper electrical, ventilation, floor coverings, stabilizing the room environment, and a laundry list of other things.
My weakness is electrical. I get what you're saying here I'd just need a little advice on not blowing my breaker box out and stabilizing the room.

I could definitely run the autopilot and 240v. Does the autopilot just plug into the wall then I plug the lights into it?
You've got my gears turning again, expand your ideas if you could be so kind I'd love to hear your input (give me a reason for another 600r :D )
