Ok, I didn't know you were giving them bloom nutes too. I would bump up the bloom. Do they recommend to increase the bloom to veg nute ratio as they demand more during flower?
yes they actually do increase the doses , 6 week of flowering is when it reaches the peak

its week 6 of flowering right now !
Just getting hungry. What are you actually growing in and why just the one plant.? The cut and pastes with label readings totally skipped your real concern. None will help if you have a root or infection issue.

Possible contamination then. But would most likely progress upwards from stress point.

I just want to save your plant or plants. Use nutes as you can afford. I get this from root rot. Overwatering and low soil temps in other plants.

Can anyone diagnose this for me , thank u in advance
One of my girls looked exactly like that, except it was more pronounced around the edges. Turns out it was being burned. I thought deficiencies too, but the more I tried to combat the deficiencies, the worse it got. Finally I cut the Nutes in half, and it stopped. For some reason this plant didn’t like the dosage, all other ones didn’t mind. It was a pain because this one had to be treated differently, so my feeding required a little more work. I’ve switched to organic amendments and haven’t had this problem since. Could have just been a rogue plant, who knows. Not saying feeding less will fix your problem, but it at least did for me. Good luck!
