smells like hay

I harvest about a week ago and been curing for a couple days and my buds still smell like hay. Or atleast not like bud.
I dry untill the tips are crispy then put into a jar and open them few times a day. Whats wrong? or does it just take time to smell? anybody have the same problems?

some times it gets its smell and taste back but if you harvested erly than maybe not... did they smell good when you cut em

curing takes minimum 2 weeks up to a month...
