600watt HPS and £380 change.

That's including a top notch bulb. Sylvania Growlux.

Ah a hood too you'll need so minus another £45 notes but you'll still have £335 change spare for other nice things.

Just an idea.

I know it will grow you top notch weed with a proven light that has been around for decades in this ripidly ever changing LED world.

I am a bit stuck with lighting. I was hoping this would be ok for 5x5 and 6 plants
That light you list is only 456 watts and you want to light 25 square feet. I would say it is underpowered. You want a min of 35 watts per square foot of good led. I believe that light would only be 18.24 watts per square foot.

If you can and are able to build one, I would go down that road. I currently run 2 of these in a 4x8 but one would have zero problems flowering a 5x5 room.

I first purchased from Amazon then had issues and Valspectra wont honor their warranty because i bought it directly from Amazon. If customer service and warranty is important to you, buy from a reputable company and avoid Amazon
