Grow tent ventilation

Help high temps in 90s lowest i can get it with intake and exhaust on at all times is 88.2 my plants are suffering I keep room at 70 degrees that the tent is in feels nice in there but its out of control in the tent im using cob leds. If you can't lower it with a ac you might want to consider moving the tent to a cooler area of the house.
 
Get a boot for a register and build a frame to fit the nearest window. Vent outside. You are fighting your temps from lights. What I must do with AC in summer. Those fixtures are hot running. Dump the hot air from the space.
