Well considering most would tell you to not even top an auto it should really just be sense that cloning them wouldn't really be the best idea either. Plus you have no idea if the rude's gonna take over the whole plant and its going to be shit genetics anyways which autos generally are about 50-50. My space is worth more then cloned autos tho personally. If you can't afford seeds or real clones then i guess do what you have to. I'd personally go back to buying again tho.

I have too many seeds... but why not test the waters for a personal experience?
It's what I chose to do. I hadn't done it... but after this i can say I did.. and if I end up spewing things like you have, at least I'd be doing it with experience.

WTF? Do you not understand how this works? You're losing a lot more than 20 bucks. Also, your plants are having issues - they shouldn't be that yellow.

BTW - Why do you call yourself Hydrokid, yet you're growing in soil?

1. It works here how I say it works.
2. if I sit and do the math on the extra nutes I’m using.. it’s probably less than $20... it’s going in the same tent with other plants in it... so no boost on the light bill.
3. I know what’s up with my PLANT in question (that’s singular) and nowhere on this site do you see me asking for help on it. (You grow yours, and I’ll grow mine)
4. Why are you worried about the screen name I chose here? You don’t see me calling you out on no lt knowing how to throw hands, but you got a pic of a fictional fighter as an avi.

5. Everywhere Your girlfriend goes.. you aren’t far behind. So stfu and do you Johnny 5.

I keep it in the tent with the other plants already vegging/flowering. 77-80F is the usual temp. I keep a heater in between the tents near the vents to keep them around 70-72F at night. I just took a handful of clones from the blue haze, and I'm mainlining a glueberry muffins. Cloning the top I took off that too. Most likely some Christmas gifts in the making for a few friends.

I'd say just try it, why tf not. they said you couldn't top autos and ive seen plenty of people do it. fk the masses usually their just asses.

I am. Not growing ideally right now, but that's not what's important to the experiment. I had them getting minimal light because the plant I took the cuts from is just shitty imo. The yellowing has been serious on the new growth, but after a few days the leaves gain size and their true color. It's growing super slow for my liking. I just super cropped last night to bring the top down to be level with the outer surrounding branches. I wanna toss it, and replace it with 4 clones from an iglm blue haze that's growing beautifully in veg. I can veg them until the pineapple express auto is finished, and toss the clones in with the mother to flip 12/12. That would maximize the space I have. May even have to prune branches to make them fit before flip, but I'm cool with that. I'm having fun while I do this.

Exactly - I have some purchased OG Kush from HSC, but I also have another 20ish seeds from a friend of mine.

I tried to grow the OG the same way that I grew last time - but it seems they didn't like it much, but they've recovered pretty well.

My friend's seeds I decided to experiment - and think I may have found a better way to grow than I did last time - and on free seeds:
LST horizontally across the pot - top - supercrop/train branches to the sides - aggressive pruning / defol somewhere in week 2.5-3 - let 'em run.
I like it - but I need to let them grow taller before training next time.

I don't know that I would have tried that with seeds I paid for - it's a very organized, logical wat to grow, but it looks really weird and I wouldn't want to risk it.
