Jimski grow journal #2 Back to my roots

Chop day is here and done.
Due to the dried leaves on the smaller plant I went with a wet trim to remove dead stuff and clean up the flowers.

Plant 1 smaller plant 320 grams.
Plant 2 larger plant 470 grams but a lot of stem weight.
790 grames wet trimmed. If they shrink 75% that puts me around 200 grams dried

Bottom to top trim, plant 2, plant 1 isIMG_20250404_111105555_HDR.jpg plant 1

2 day peek everything drying well and small buds are close. Nothing pulled. I do have 3 growee sensors wifi to put in 3 of the jars I figured I would do small buds, brown and red flowers and green and red flowers. No idea if they will finish at different rates but it makes sense smaller and more dry buds would take longer.
Once stabilized it's into jars for cure then when done 62% packs 1 oz each.
And my pretty bud gets a smoke test .

So I got this tent and an expensive ACI humidifier to dry the pot and I took a Tupperware bowl and slide the lid to the side with a growee sensor and in 15 minutes balanced the humidity in the bowl to 62-64% RH for all the larfy little buds on the stems.
More for ambiance. It's a great lemony poperie in my room.

Update.
Inspection of root zones today found the problem with the smaller plant and I think I even know the reason.

The smaller plant has roots that for some reason ignored about 1/3 of the fabric pot. By the pictures you can see that the larger plant held together when dumped but the smaller plant roots did not extend all the way through the soil in one side about 2 inches from the bottom up to about 3 inches from the top. Looking at pictures of the grow the position of the plants had not changed since week 4 flower when some got tied down and some got tied up. The rotation of the pot would have put the side affected out towards the walls of the tent. There was no fan or duct pull at this location. Further inspection revealed a booming biome remnants in the larger pot but the organic bloom stopped 1/2 way across the bottom of the smaller plant.
Right at the bottom. Just soil. Even looked kinda fresh. Very old degraded roots and rotten stuff. Does not smell like clean dirt.

During the stretch of the plants the smaller plant was lagging so much I used a 5 gallon lid to bolster the hight moving it up 2 inches until I could get around to moving both plants down a bit and then turn the light up. The smaller plant would always drain over into the wicking bases being used for drainage. The 5 gallon lid had no holes for drainage and the lip of the top was holding feed and the pot had a wet bottom for about 2 weeks. There is an uneven waterline on the inside of the fabric pot showing why 1/2 the roots in the bottom died and started climbing the soil.
Operator error. Should have used the lid on the bottom of the wicking base or drilled holes to drain.
Let's not make that mistake again.

Update.

Drying progressing. Large flowers shrinking and smells awesome. After chop I gathered up all the suckers and put them in a Tupperware container and dried them out no cure. Little light green and red haired little buds. 30 power Lupe shows cloudy trics. Went ahead and even cleaned the glassware and burned about a 1/2 gram.

Very mellow smoke. Like no flavor smoke. The nice lemon smell of the buds did not make it to the smoke but again zero cure just 6 days in a Tupperware at 62%> I even have a useless data trace on the growee sensor for the whole time.
Did produce a nice head buzz with a nice glow behind the eyes. Reminded me of headband.

Got the 4x4 up and the light ( 400 watts ) installed. Had to take down a bed and move some stuff so that's it for today. Last of the RSO on the table.

update.
drying continues at 60-64 f and 62% rh.

Wired up some stuff in mock up for testing. Light is confirmed bright. Fan is confirmed loud. App is confirmed retarded but controllable.

still room for another 300 watts.

Significant shrinkage noted.
