Without being able to see under a microscope, I would look at the pistles, which are all brown, and have been for a while, I would use that look to say done. But this is just the top nugz, the ones lower down could be not as developed. Show us a pic of the bottom buds

Without being able to see under a microscope, I would look at the pistles, which are all brown, and have been for a while, I would use that look to say done. But this is just the top nugz, the ones lower down could be not as developed. Show us a pic of the bottom buds

I can see they are milky not amber, I cut a few plants today with milky trics it was getting on for 13 weeks idk if they ever would've went amber they were milky 3 weeks ago.

Isn't all milky or no amber ideal? Amber means thc degradation does it not?

I've been waiting on her bottom leaves to start yellowing but not one yet. So since I have another strain in the same rez that won't be ready for a while I guess I'm not able to give just water for last week or so huh hmmmm

But with no amber you don't know it is ripe. Once you start seeing amber you know you are near the end, without any amber you could be weeks away. Things can be cloudy for some time before amber starts to appear.

No need to give just water the last week or so, not needed IMO. Also leaves don't have to turn, harvesting a plant with all green leaves is perfectly fine.

Great info Doug that is a great point. I have some amber but you gotta look hard for them
