soil still wet when trichomes are at the % I would like

so I have two plants I want to harvest at 20-25% amber I don't think the soil will be completely dry and also leafs aren't completely yellow or just starting to yellow out.. should I go ahead and just harvest them or wait till soil drys out further and leafs yellow up out a bit more ?
as of right now I believe there at 10-15%, where do u think im at in % of amber trichomes? the ones with the amber trichs are the top buds and the ones with mostly cloudy n little to no amber trichs are the mid to lower part of the plant .

Not ready.

Wet soil moisture level isn't bad btw. It offers a longer dry time. Which really is what we want.

Theres more orange hairs than white its just prbbly the close up but i posted some pics of the whole plant
