This will be in Michigan and they haven't really approved many micro grows and only approved mega multi million dollar grows by very

I was looking into Scynce Raging Kush, Gavita 1700 LEDs, and Gavita DE.
I know Gavita has a new led coming in January that I may wait and see about looking into. It will take me a at least a month to prep and get things ready before I make a decision on lighting.
They have been using a local ac company that has amazing same day service. I think their business model is built on servicing AC units for grows. I'll certainly make sure we have multiple unit for that purpose alone in case one unit fails.
Also thanks for the encouragement! I'm super excited to get to work on this. It's been a passion of mine for a long time but I've owned businesses that have kept me staying in non legal states. Luckily I'm freed up and getting to live my dream and be close to family in a legal states.
Nice you will be just over the border from us :D. So you can think about using just fans to draw in cold air over the winter if you aren't running CO2.

Yeah that's where I'll be. Towns are being weird about not approving micro grows and only allowing the mega grows to come in. We had one guy tell us that he was on a township board that would make sure it got approved for us if we paid him $150k.
Also we are working on getting approved for transport and processing.
Our county’s and municipalities don’t have a option as long as we are 500’ from a church or school. We have a lawsuit at the state Supreme Court that’s due to hear January 4th as they are trying to get the people’s choice thrown out. 73.4% votes in favor of our amendment so I don’t see them tossing it.

Where do you get your info from to stay up to date about things there?

I moved to Mi last March to do the same thing. My building is a little smaller than yours at 24x36. I also didn't have as big of budget as you do, so I'm still finishing my build out crop to crop. But I went with 2 12x24 flower rooms, a 12x14 veg room and 10x12 utility room.

I'd try to divide up the flower rooms into 2 seperate rooms that way you can spread out the workload of harvesting and trimming. Although it sounds like you have family close so maybe you could get it all done at once.

I went with de hps in flower and cmh in veg.

Also I forgot to mention it but your gonna need room to dry somewhere as well, I didn't think of this and right now it cost me time in my room, luckily I have more space in another building, just have to build it out and insulate it.

It will be drying off site. Only need a veg and flower room. Also will be spraying foam insulation through the entire building.

I would be running double ended 1k's for sure. Dont get hung up on gavitas, there built in china now just like all the other brands. If you can get better prices on other quality brands go for it. Since you dont need a separate veg or dry room, then you would want to at least have a separate area where you'll have your electrical, reservoirs and general work space. Easiest would be building a full length wall 30', then your flower room would be 30 square granted you made your entry, electrical, reservoir and work room 10'x30'. 30x30 you could run 36 lights, 2 plants per light on rolling tables with trellis. I would suggest coco or a coco mix in 10-15 gallon pots on a dtw drip system. Depending on your climate 15-20 tons of ac should do it.

I will be needing a veg room. I thinking I will do a 32x20 for the flower room. A 20x20 veg, and a 12x20 room to work in and have storage.

I am probably going to go with a 32x25 flower room. I am thinking of doing 5 - 20ftx5ft rolling benches that will give me 500sq foot of canopy space to work with. That should give me ample room to work inside and outside of the aisles. I am taking a hard look at Scynce LEDs but still not sure if I want to do the Raging Kush 2.0 or the Dragon Alpha. These are the charts that Synce sent me on the layout. Does anyone have any thoughts or input on this?
