You put an end to suffering by becoming awakened or enlightened and when you go, there is no coming back, it is the final end of suffering. In Buddhism you do not need to die to attain enlightenment, the end of suffering can be attained in this life with assiduous training.

To train assiduously you must meditate and be frank and completely honest with yourself, delusion must be stripped away, your intentions in every action are mindful and your motives clear. You must learn to delight in the taste of your own metal vomit. It's an exercise regimen above all else, a wisdom practice too, it deconditions you deeply and sculpts your brain and mind with every thought and emotion you experience, it's about what you do, not what you believe. It is also backed up by modern science and scientists are among it's biggest fans.

Ah I see, well hello there :)

and I find and enjoy many parts of the different contrasts in life so, so to say the least I find the oneness and parts of myself that reside in all of those things and vice versa...

I enjoy the friction yet fluidity of that contrast, and the paradox that two extremes can differ yet remain one all at the same instance.

so I guess to answer your question, I enjoy both the deeper meaning and enjoy them And their “meanings” both valuable in the same

One would say a dialectic POV, well when you practice paradoxes arise and insights too, often when you least expect them. For a novice it takes about 8 weeks of daily practice 20 min in the AM and 20 min in the PM, with a few other mindfulness exercises integrated into your life, After 6 to 8 weeks of training most people will experience a full spectrum of cognitive and perceptional changes to get a good taste and adjust yer attitude significantly. MBSR is the best way today, free online training in a structured evidence based course. The practice or the way, or the path, is traditionally given away, but MBSR people are medical professionals too.

So it's looking like we may just get rid of tRUmp and won't have to deal with his insanity on a daily basis. Problem now is what's coming for the economy. Like the second wave of covid there will come the second wave of bankruptcies and closures, I fear things may start to unravel when that starts. Looks like tRUmp and the GOP are trying to make any response to the pandemic or the economy harder in a effort to sabotage the democrats, how American of them. Many people are going to lose unemployment next month and the evictions will follow. Things could get really ugly real soon, it may start before Biden takes office or in the months to follow.

They know what the base really wants now, the destruction of the country and constitution, burn it down before you give it away. Donald has explored the outer limits of 72 million Americans, the republicans learned from this, Donald and mitch have shown them the way forward. You are dealing with the dynamic duo here, not just Donald, that's just half of the tag team. If Mitch wins the senate they might have to bust the fuck if he or his wife broke the law or black mail him, ditto for any other dirty republicans they can find, there are a few. If Donald is too loose with blanket pardons the FBI could snag a few republican senators by squeezing those who received pardons dry of any info they want.

A donor has sued a pro-Trump group for $2.5 million over “empty promises” after he says it failed to prove voter fraud in the presidential election.
Fred Eshelman sued Houston-based True the Vote Inc., which promised to “investigate, litigate and expose suspected illegal balloting ad fraud in the 2020 general election,” Bloomberg reported. Eshelman, founder of Eshelman Ventures LLC, claimed that he “regularly and repeatedly” asked for updates on the initiative but was met with “vague responses, platitudes, and empty promises.”

True the Vote said its efforts included filing lawsuits in several swing states, collecting whistleblower complaints, increasing GOP legislative support in key states and conducting “sophisticated data modeling and statistical analysis to identify potential illegal or fraudulent balloting,” according to the suit in Houston federal court.

Eshelman decided to wire True the Vote $2 million on Nov. 5 and another $500,000 a week later after the group’s president said more money would be needed to achieve their goals, according to the suit. He asked for his money to be returned after the group failed to provide reports on its progress, saying it became obvious the group would not be able to execute its plan.

Eshelman said in the complaint that True the Vote offered him $1 million if he wouldn’t sue them

“I encourage all Americans to gather, in homes and places of worship, to offer a prayer of thanks to God for our many blessings,” he said in the proclamation, which is custom for presidents to issue marking holidays, on Wednesday."
