Your user name is a play on Buddhist mythology Mara is demon, similar to Satan in the Vedic tradition. Nibbana from the Pali, Navara in the Sanskrit, means to snuff out of existence and is achieved by reducing ones Karma causing samsaric wandering and the cycle of rebirth to end. You put an end to suffering by becoming awakened or enlightened and when you go, there is no coming back, it is the final end of suffering. In Buddhism you do not need to die to attain enlightenment, the end of suffering can be attained in this life with assiduous training.so...then with you're lesson, what are you trying to say?
