It's really not that much effort. Less than breaking out a blender. When I was mixing 50+ gallons of solution I just used gallon jugs and hot water. But now that I'm growing at a much smaller scale I'm not mixing those volumes anymore. I don't mix more than 5 gallons at a time these days so I just use water bottles.
Here's my state of the art dry nutrient mixing equipment. Don't laugh. It works. The only thing missing in the photo is one of my lady's empty cottage cheese containers I dilute the ph down in before adding to the rest of the solution. This is about as advanced as you can get.
