Leaves curling up!

My first grow attempt. Sour Diesel plant, just transplanted last Thursday into 5 gallon pot using Fox Farm Happy Frog soil. My water meter reads moist (7 out of 10 on the meter) and ph is 7.6. The only veg fertilizer I can buy locally is Heavy 16, which someone told me could possibly lower my ph (Is this a good brand?). Any help is much appreciated!

Ph should be at 6.5ish, but those probe things are crap if that's what yet using

Plant looks like heat or light stress BAD

My bad...doing this and trying to work too. using a cheap full spectrum led Phillips grow light at 18" above the plant. Temp is 70F RH fluctuates but is about 45 to 50. It just turned cold and the heat is now on in the house. need to add a humidifier?

I know I need a new light. Any recommendations? I eventually would like to grow 3 or 4 plants at a time.

Looks like heat stress, ya sure it's only 70f

Is it hot on your hand at the tops of your plant from the light

No, its not hot at all. Actually I just checked the temp at the top and is only 66F right now.

I originally started it in a cup of used miracle grow. Then I read somewhere that Miracle Grow is really bad. Thats why I transplated into Fox Farms soil. I really appreciate all of your help!
