Hey again I have this do si dos but it seems to be going downhill I mean it grows but it grows only enough to keep itself alive. I don’t know if it’s a deficiency or an excess of nutrients. I’m just in need of some help I’ve looked for a good bit but can’t seem to find exactly whats going on with my plant. Thanks for the help in advance!

my setup isnt the best in my honest opinion and I’m still learning any suggestions help!.

Im growing in a 2x2 with a sf1000
Temps around 74-80 in the day
Médium.. I would really like some suggestions for this as I could and may have to transplant this into something better
I am using miracle grow with coco

What's the watering schedule? I'm no expert but that medium looks dry.
Since I have soil in it , miracle grow. I wait until the pot feels on the lighter side. Haven’t watered in maybe a week. I think since it’s 50/50 of both I shouldnt water that often as I would with straight coco but I’m not quite sure. Do you think it could be underwatering?

What's your humidity like? Looks thirsty af. How close is the lighting? What are you feeding?

Humidity likes to stay around 55 in the tent, light is 30” from the canopy all around. And I’m not feeding anything just seaweed extract and urb. Was thinking the miracle grow would be able to keep the plants alive but I seem to be stuck on this one :/

What are your temperatures with lights on @ 55% Humidity? If I were to guess I'd say you're under watering and your tent is hot.. (wispy taco looking leaves)

The humidity isn't the worst but is a little high. You probably need to water more, and a new medium. You want moist but not soaking for days on end and you want it to dry out but not bone dry. I make my own soil mix so it's hard for me to tell you a bag to pick off the shelf but a lot of people suggest that fox farms ocean forest stuff, or happy frog. Indeed your temps need to be assessed here.

I've been working on this even after 2 years in 10 gallon coco pots. Some of my strains literally gulp 3 gallons of water every day its unbelievable.. I'm spending so much damn money on equipment to keep my VPD & TEMP/HUMIDITY in check. I've got over $4,000 in HVAC equipment just to keep everything stable.. A big issue is not watering enough but its equally as detrimental as watering too much. It's a dance for sure.

I think it is underwatering, yes. Based on how the coco/soil looks and the fact that the leaves are curling and look crunchy.

Kinda looks like maybe the soil you have is getting too dry. I think that miracle gro soil needs to be wet in order for the nutes to be avail to the plant.

Heat stress. Need more airflow and extraction. Thats my guess. Notice the cupped leaves.
Could be light stress as well.
You mentioned heat stress. Do you think the roots could be getting too warm as I have a small space heater in the tent to keep things warmer during the night and a little during the day. The space heater is level to the pots and could be causing the roots to rot maybe ?

I think it could the the old rootball which is all miracle grow not being able to dry out enough whole the coco is ready and really dry and is causing the roots to rot, especially with the excess heat in the tent. I think this setup is just a disaster im looking into going full coco with canna coco nutrients. Im trying to go full coco and learn how to grow nice healthy plants!

Broad Mite Symptoms:
Bugs are so small they are difficult to see without magnification
Under a microscope, you can see that they have 6 legs when young, and 8 legs as adults
Symptoms are often confused for heat stress, overwatering, a pH imbalance, or root problems
New growth may be twisted or drooping
Leaves may be, blistered or “wet” looking
Leaves may be turned up at the edges
Broad mites don’t attack all parts of the plant evenly; symptoms are worse in certain spots where the infestation is concentrated
In the flowering stage, buds may become sickly and die

The plant itself is dry. When the medium dries out the plant just might be sucking all the moisture from the leaves.
With dry leaves with intense light and heat... it will shrivel up like it is now. Keep it moist. Never starving.
That soil has chapped lips it's so dry. It's salvageable. Just water like every 3rd day. Right when the lights come on.
Make sure you are getting good drainage, and hope for the best. Of all things I have read on here as far as
medium... you picked a hell of a combo. If you aren't on a 12/12 schedule yet, turn the dimmer to like 60% and hang the light at 18".
She should be fine if you don't starve her.
If I see this plant looking like shit next week I'm calling Plant Protective Services :eyesmoke:

I watered her and she seems to be slowing down on the wilting of the leaves it hasn’t stopped ofc as it takes time. But I am pretty dumb for not watering more often . As for the medium I’m looking into something better.! I’m hoping I can turn this plant around. Thank you!
