I smell Koch being behind all this electoral college BS. Koch hopes one day to change the whole system by way of a constitutional convention. Koch wants voting to be for state level politicians only and those state level politicians will select who is sent to serve in DC. Can you imagine how corrupt such a system would be, fucking fascists.

After jan 20th, if they don't go all out on them, they are mad. Judges hear cases and juries decide, let them direct their death threats to them, it will only get these assholes maximum security time. The law is clear in these matters and needs to be applied vigorously by the new AG. It's because of this bullshit the likes of trump spread that juries make the calls and Trump should have 100 jury trials minimum, mostly conspiracy trials along with codefendants who are trying to shield behind federal pardons to cover up their conspiracy with the POTUS who issued the corrupt pardon. All issues surrounding pardons will be settled within a year.

They have cops, but they don't show up for rightwing loonies. If they were black they would be mowed down on the steps of the legislature in a cloud of tear gas. Perhaps the national guard should surround the place armed to the teeth, it's the governor's call.

Good, then they won't mind if their federal aid is cut off, win the senate and repeal the law. Then blue states could dole it out where ever they see fit, like foreign aid. Call it a dry run for succession, a test if you will, to see how it works out for them. Meanwhile the democrats can fund black schools and healthcare under a reparations program and teach civics, science and history to white children too. SC receives $7 for every $1 it puts in, California would own them 10 times over with ease, support black residents and force white ones to move out of state. There are a half dozen states in the Midwest who could get the same treatment. Every one of those succeeding states doesn't have a pot to piss in including Texas. Sideline their senators and congressmen while the blue states determine who gets what and for what in the red states.

It's one way to a more perfect union if the current way is blocked, you are dealing with traitors, so treat them like slaves. They will be either at your throats or at your knees, your choice. Besides it's a "states rights" issue, the right of someone who pays your bills to tell you what to do or not to do, like disenfranchise your minority voters. Get creative and get nasty until you destroy them, an olive branch is only offered to those kinds of people if you've got your foot on their throat and a gun in your hand when you offer it.

Hate to tell you, but, this election was about NOT having an authoritarian government in charge that dispenses taxpayer dollars according to political fealty. Also, it was NOT about beating the other side into submission.

The other side does that. Or better said, they try to. Threats and violence don't solve a thing.

Just kidding on that one, but if they wanna succeed, they have a right to have a test run! Besides it would just fill your state with hillbillies. I got the notion while trying to cheer @Jimdamick on another thread. It won't happen unless Americans make it happen and they will have to be a bit more pissed than they currently are.

A Hell of a lot depends on Georgia and a way should be found to break up the republicans by making Donald go nuts on them before the run off. After the run off in Georgia, no matter the outcome, Pence will certify the electors on Jan 6th, then Donald will realize they fucked him. It needs to be impressed upon Donald's tiny brain that Mitch got HIS justices and Donald got fucked. Then you will see Donald destroy the republican party after Georgia, he will spend more time screwing them with the base than on Biden. Revenge and retribution drive Donald before all else, Joe has been careful and tactful in dealing with Donald so his focus will remain on the republicans. After he finds out Pence won't pardon him then the fur will really fly and their only hope is Donald going to jail quickly.
