Switch to flower or wait? / spray insecticide?

Hey guys, got these 6 ladies in my new 4x4 (upgraded from 3x3) tent and wondering when I should switch to flower.

I grew these from seed, put them in the ground on 10/6 and they are my first grow from seed.

My previous grow were clones and after vegging for 5 weeks, they filled out the smaller grow space pretty quickly.

These ones are a lot bushier (been pruning, but have to do more) and not as tall I feel like. Started tying the tall branches down to make them grow wider and more evenly among each other. I have more room upwards now, so I'm just wondering how tall I should let them grow (I'm aware of the stretch phase during the first weeks of flower), just trying to maximize yield.

One of them started flowering early (on the left) and only had 3 finger leaves, so something is wrong with that one, not expecting much.

Also, there are a few tiny whiteflies, not that many and I ordered Monterey insecticide spray, just hesitant to use it since I dont want to harm the plants and there are not that many. I believe they came with the foxfarm spoil, it started after transplanting to 5 gallons a few weeks ago. Also bought some dr Bonner peppermint Castile soap that I may pour in the soil if the problem gets worse. I just hope that they disappear with maybe yellow sticky tape. Will try that first.

Back to the main question, how tall would you guys let these grow? Also considering they been vegging for like 2 and a half months...

I would do any spraying now. You can continue till they actually start flowering in a few weeks, after you flip to 12/12.
Showing sex or maturity doesnt mean your plants are flowering.

The seeds are all feminized, so the only explanation for that weird one is that its an autoflower even though it's not supposed to be one. Also, the 3 finger leaves indicate it may just be some kind of defect I think. Well, I'll see how it progresses.
So you would let them grow more?

I'd move the auto flower closer to the middle for more light since it'll finish first and now has to do with even less light after switching. Might make up for the loss of hours slightly by increasing umols for the 12 hours it'll have light.
