Why don't you just make one?

It's really not difficult, if your already gonna use mylar, and it only takes $10 worth of wood and screws to make your own.

Maybe that's just me.

I wouldn't have said it like above but I agree this is probably not the best idea. Is it even light proof so plants can flower properly?

Likely more work to modify that than to build your own.

Getting caught putting that contraption together might be worse.

A guy could use hps bulbs through the whole growth if he wanted. mh bulbs are much better for vegging though. But they are more expensive. You just have to make sure your ballast can use conversion mh bulbs as well as hps.

I was looking at a product very similar to that from Walmart, but after reading the customer reviews of it, I decided it was worthless. People were complaining about it collapsing under the weight of their clothes, so I don't think it's going to support lights or anything else you're going to have in there. I also really doubt it's light proof, and would probably take more work than it's worth to adapt it to usability. I was tempted too though.
I enjoy building things, and really, for something like this, you're not going to be able to buy anything better than you can make, but I, like you, have no space to build it in... though if you do find somewhere, remember you can always 'buy' all the tools you need from walmart, home depot, or lowes, and then when you're done, return them for a full refund, saying it turned out you didn't need them afterall. Works every time. :-P

man what is that thing made out of? some kind of fabric?..i don't think it would be able to take heat from the lights very well....looks like a fire hazard...

You have to be careful about using tent systems that were not created specifically for horticultural use. A lot of them are made with adhesives that will give off toxic fumes when exposed to the type of heat that a HID light system will create. Many people have had this problem and the result is dead or sick plants. Any current grow-tent made by a reputable horticultural manufacturer should not be affected by this problem as they are made specially with non-toxic adhesives to prevent it. If you don't want to spend the money on a legit grow-tent then you would probably be better off building your own grow-box with wood and nails.
