The study found that men 45 and older can experience decreased fertility and put their partners at risk for increased pregnancy complications such as gestational diabetes, preeclampsia and preterm birth. Infants born to older fathers were found to be at higher risk of premature birth, late still birth, low Apgar scores, low birth weight, higher incidence of newborn seizures and birth defects such as congenital heart disease and cleft palate. As they matured, these children were found to have an increased likelihood of childhood cancers, psychiatric and cognitive disorders, and autism.

Trump in White House Address: 'Monstrous Fraud' Gave Biden Election
President Donald Trump Tuesday night released a 14-minute long video through Facebook declaring the election had been stolen from him in favor of Joe Biden because of "monstrous fraud."

Trump said he was leading by "several hundreds of thousands of votes" by midnight on election night, but that soon disappeared.

He said that he was ahead in several key battleground states like Michigan, Wisconsin, and Pennsylvania, and Biden would not have been able to catch up to him.

The rejection rates for ballots in most states, he added, were "magically" the lowest they had been. "The only possible explanation is that tens of thousands of ballots were unlawfully processed ... hundreds and hundreds of witnesses have come forward to testify under penalty of perjury about the cheating and fraud they saw with their own eyes."

He also mentioned video showing security camera footage from Georgia "that shows officials telling poll watchers to leave the room before pulling suitcases of ballots out from under the tables and continuing to count for hours."

President Donald Trump Tuesday night released a 14-minute long video through Facebook declaring the election had been stolen from him in favor of Joe Biden because of "monstrous fraud."

"The truth is: We won the election by a landslide, we won it big," Trump said in his video.
He added that he has proof of "overwhelming election fraud."

"None of this should ever have been allowed to happen in the United States of America," said Trump. "The rigging of the 2020 election was only the final step in the Democrats' and the media's years-long effort to overthrow the will of the American people and destroy our movement by any means possible."

He also said that in individual states:
  • Pennsylvania broke state law by suspending signature verification requirements.
  • Michigan's Democrat secretary of state "illegally flooded the state with absentee ballot applications" even though Michigan law strictly limits the distribution of absentee ballots.
  • Wisconsin's Democrat cities deployed over 500 unmanned, unsecured ballot drop boxes.
  • Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger started processing ballots "weeks before Election Day" and also "destroyed the signature verification systems in violation of the law."
  • Absentee ballot rejection rates proved that "hundreds of thousands of illegitimate ballots" had been counted in key states, which was "sufficient to change the election results all in their own."

"The same phenomena occurred in Pennsylvania and other states," he said. "They were accepting all of these ballots, many of which were absolutely illegal."

Does this mean a retraction is necessary?
Trump campaign sued for defamation by Dominion Voting Systems employee

An senior employee of Dominion Voting Systems has sued U.S. President Donald Trump‘s re-election campaign in a Colorado court for spreading false conspiracy theories related to November’s presidential election that Trump lost to Democrat Joe Biden.

Eric Coomer, director of product strategy and security for the voting technology company, sued Trump’s campaign and senior associates, including attorney Sidney Powell and the president’s personal lawyer Rudy Giuliani, for defamation, according to a court document dated Dec. 22 reported by Colorado Public Radio.

The filing with the state District Court in Denver said the defendants, including pro-Trump news outlets One America News Network and Newsmax Media, made baseless assertions that Coomer “sits at the center of a national conspiracy to fraudulently elect the President of the United States.”

The lawsuit claims that Trump’s campaign and its agents “manufactured and spread a false narrative” that Dominion “conspired to rig its equipment and the election in favor of President-Elect Biden,” which led to “devastating consequences,” including death threats which forced Coomer to leave his home for fear of his safety.

“Defendants, by their actions, have elevated Dr. Coomer into the national spotlight, invaded his privacy, threatened his security, and fundamentally defamed his reputation across this country,” the document said.

Trump vetoes defense bill, setting up potential override
President Trump followed through Wednesday on his threat to veto a massive annual defense policy bill, setting up what could be the first and only veto override of his presidency.
Congress passed the fiscal year 2021 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) earlier this month with more than the two-thirds majority needed to override a veto, though it is unclear how many Republicans will buck the president in an override vote.

Trump, who had 10 days excluding Sundays to act after Congress sent him the bill, waited until the last day he could to veto it.

Both the Senate and House will now need to vote to override Trump’s veto to enact the massive bill, which outlines Pentagon policy for the coming year and typically attracts broad bipartisan support. The bill already passed the Senate in an 84-13 vote and the House in a 355-78 vote.

Congress must override the veto before noon on Jan. 3, when the 117th Congress will be sworn-in. If Congress fails to override the veto by then, lawmakers would need to start from scratch on the bill.

The House plans to hold its veto override vote Monday, in a rare post-Christmas session.

If the House successfully overrides Trump, the Senate is planning to come back the following day. But it could still be days after that before the upper chamber holds a final override vote if senators who support Trump’s veto drag out procedural hurdles. Senators have suggested the override vote could happen the morning of Jan. 3, just before the new Congress takes office.

Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.), who briefly held up passage of the NDAA earlier this month, indicated Monday he could similarly delay an override vote.

Trump’s decision to go through with the veto is likely to further exacerbate tensions between the White House and Capitol Hill at a time when Trump’s refusal to concede to President-elect Joe Biden and effort to overturn the election results has divided Republicans.

Got to wonder what kind of shit Trump will try to pull if he can successfully shut down the government.

Hopefully the Republicans have had enough and override Trump's temper tantrum.

Anyone else feel like Trump is testing all the levers of our democracy to figure out which roles of our government they need to have trolls planted into before the Russian military tries to pull this shit again.
