I have a 2.5x2.5 tent, small. I have 3 autos at 33 days old inside. I have two vipraspectra 600w full spectrum dimmable lights. 24 inches high at 75% power. I had been running them under 50% before yesterday. This morning one of my girls has the top two fan leaves reaching toward the light but the leaves are cupped. Too much light, not enough? I did water yesterday which was also first day of light increase. Could it just be transportation? Any help is appreciated.

Why people run their lights under 100% and far away I don’t get. Turn it up to 100% and slowly work your way to your acceptable range. Read the plant. I agree with above pics will help

My sf4000 is an older generation. No dimmer knobs. Gotta do it right on the drivers. So I don't mess with it. Just lower it when need to

My untrained eyes see healthy plants
Well, I'll take that. My first grow so... I'm a little paranoid. Early on I know I was over watering. Not to mention I know jack shit about growing and I put them in straight FFOF. My next to girls are in 50% FFOF, 40% coco coir 10% added perlite give or take. They are looking way better than my first three already.

I've only got 3 finished grows under my belt so I'm still new myself. Very very far from an expert haha. My first grow was my best. Then I tried something new. I don't recommend doing that. I'm going back to DWC since I got the hang of it and was impressed with everything about it. I've learned to not smother my plants with love. And to me I don't see any drooping. Just leaves trying to get the most out of your light

New growers who mix mediums seem to have issues. I would stick with either organic soil or coco.

I couldn't remember haha. I was thinking it was bad to mix soil and coco. Because of the different cation exchanges. No clue what that means besides how the plant uptake nutes?

I'd start to lower your light. That looks like they are pretty far away. A couple inches at a time so they don't stress. When I get home ill show a picture of mine. I just lowered mine to about 12-16 inches before I had to evacuate due to either my dumb stoner ass getting too high or because I have high levels of CO from my furnace. Tried to shower yesterday and almost passed out.
