Yeah, always water the whole pot, even if it's too big. Then let it dry before watering again.

make sure the humidity is ~60RH. Seedlings are still developing their roots so they absorb water through their leaves.

Humidity has nothing to do with his issue. My grow rooms are always dry. Yes they would like higher RH, but they can deal with it.

The way you watered looks like a dog peed on it. Water the pot, then let it dry back out almost completely, it might take a week, judge it by the weight of the pot, not by what the first few inches look like. Roots shoot down to the bottom of the pot fast, so watering it like that encourages the roots to grow, which is what you want right now. Don't give up, just grow your roots!
