Little white spots

Get a jeweler's loupe, inspect the undersides and stems of your plants' leaves...looks like the beginning of mites.

Thank you just discovered today but I have not seen anything with naked eye. If I do spot some what do you suggest. Thank you again!

Not sure what these are but very few and just started to occur.
So those little white spots are from the bugs you see flying around in your garden outside I’m not sure of the ...so my ol man just informed me there called thrips and there tiny bugs it’s not a good thing if you have them inside thou white dots can also occur if you spray your leaves to create humidity.. just my opinions anyways
