Excessive iron locked out magnesium? What y’all think?

Looks kinda fungus-e. Then again I'm shooting in the dark try a neem oil application. Otherwise jus make sure you're using qual nutes

I dont see any chlorosis that would signify it is magnesium. Do those brown spots smear or smudge when rubbed?
Edit: not to mention magnesium is a mobile secondary nutrient, it would start st the base and climb up. Start at the basics, ph, temp, humidity, have you added anything new lately?

I did add hydroguard at more then recommended dose for brown algae which I’ve pretty much cleared up now

Hmm maybe some one more familiar with hydrguard can chime in and clear up whether it could cause similar symptoms. Have you been phing everything? Those brown spots are very odd looking relative to a deficiency. Go through this in your head to try and selectively cross put potential causes one by one. What's you nutrient regime?
Fox farm grow big hydroponics, calmag and tap water I ph everything ph sitting at 6.1 could be the cal mag and my tap water to much iron locks out magnesium is what I heard also they don’t come off when rubbed either.

Yeah that's possible. By putting too much of any nutrient you can lock out another. What's you ppm of your tap water? Something is off here, but it's trying to narrow it down that's the problem. Of course either hydro ever deficiency shows really fast.
My tap water is 60 ppm but I just took a sample
Up to a lab to get it tested which they said 4-6 days

Hmm. Is it well water or something special? Like I said before, try running over the things you did and double check them. Somethings off and only you are going to be able to ultimately figure it out, not anyone over the internet.
Yea, It is well water and yea I figured as much but I might just end up going sterile Rez with h202 or bleach cause I’m pretty sure I have iron bacteria which is the slime that I got.

so how much excessive Fe do you got in your pots? needs to be around x20 - x100 the usually amount before it even begins scratching at the ppm concentrations of Mg
Honestly, no clue cause when adding nutes and everything I added cal mag to tap water also and I never had a lab test water.that is why I sent it in for now I’ll just keep guessing and changing Rez. I change Rez today no cal mag just grow big and hydroguard this time ph down to 5.8

This is why I stick with soil lol. I dont know, but I'd take suggestions from people that have used those nutes before and see what they say. Is your ph meter off?
Nah meter spot on i check it with cup I have in fridge with the ph buffer in it 3 diff ones but honestly I just think it is well water I think if I switch to ro bought water and synthetic nutes, cal mag and h202 off the beginning I should be good

Yeah with those things your essentially building your own. So h2o2 is peroxide, I had to look that up. I'm not familar with hydro/coco but is that needed all the time? I thought it was just used occasionally or when needed. Could that be causing issues? It seems like even at 60 ppm you shouldn't have a large excess of any one particular salt or metal.
Some people running it throughout whole grow some just run it when problem start like algae or slime and then a lot people like to run Clorox instead of h202 cheaper and it evaporates within 24 hours if you keep ppm 0.5 to max I think was 4 ppm

Yeah that's getting worse. I'm more likely to lean in the direction of some type of ph issue locking out a nutrient as opposed to an excessive of one nutrient leading to lockout. Especially if you are following the directions or at least what other ppl have suggested. I use dyna gro so I unfortunately dont know. I wish you the best of luck. Remember, go over the basics.
