I’m just throwing this out there but maybe we can all guess for real. And the op verify and gives closest guess a gold star . I don’t know

That's the issue, it's just a wild ass guess especially from a few crappy pictures.

So often I can't even come close to an accurate guess on my own crops....sometimes I guess high, and other times I guess low.

It's just a crap shoot until the fat lady sings

And that matters why? A plants done when it’s done, and by you starving them the last few weeks it’s obviously slowed them down and hurt your yields. It’ll most likely end up tasting and smelling like hay as well since it’s not fully ripe yet.
