Help with organics

So I just did a top dress with Dr. earth flower girl and 222 a couple days ago & It looks like my girl is still hungry. She’s going into her second week of flower and I’m trying to keep this particular girl organic without using any salts. I got worm castings, Buildabloom, and Dr. earth 222, Flower girl, and 463, recharge, and AgSIL-16H on hand. What do y’all think the best approach moving forward would be? Make a tea with the worm castings or with dr earth 222 or 394? Also, does anyone know if you can use buildabloom in addition to Dr. earth dry amendments and how often would you apply the buildabloom?

Also what should I do with this dirt from my last harvest? Top dress it with some 222 and 394 and keep it moist for a couple weeks then Pull out the stem and put the dirt in a Rubbermaid container until I have a few more pots full of dirt?
Then my question becomes once I have a Rubbermaid container full of dirt do I have to re-amend it since I would have already added some 222/463 to the small pots before removing the stem & putting dirt in Rubbermaid. or do I need to add some more dry amendments to the Rubbermaid container before I use the dirt again & how long do I need to wait or can I just plant directly into the soil?
Also FYI I have used salts in this soil but flushed it before harvest. It’s still ok to reuse soil that you have added salts to correct?

Thanks for the help

I just started doing this. I’m leaving it in the pot and the roots are gone within a month (smaller plants). But I added the 4-4-4 and EWC and I’m keeping it wet. So I think you’re on the right track.

Now I'm not an expert here but I would just add some ewc to the pots and give it time for the amendments to break down?

Also what should I do with this dirt from my last harvest
I've been reamending (GG per instructions) and mixing 50:50 with fresh soil because I think there's less chance of weird deficiencies or lockouts that way.

Again I’m using 4-4-4 for that stage so I think your plant just needs more.

How much are you top dressing. I would be giving that plant a full 8oz cup of 2-2-2. Make sure you water very slowly so the water has time to pull nutrients out of the amendment down to the roots.

It takes awhile for organics to be available. You need to be proactive with feeding organics.

Really Ive just been going by what’s on bag I have been doing only 4tbsp (2oz) per 5 gal (in 2 gal pot) every 14 days. You think I should increase up to 8oz? You don’t think it will burn girls?

I would go hard but thats just me. Hard to overdo it with the organics as far as i can tell. Maybe crank it up to 4oz?

Totally different shit, but stronger.

5% by weight when mixing potting soil.
1/4-1/2 cup per plant.

So if my dressing is stronger and still recommends 1/2 cup per plant, then 1/2 cup per quarter acre seems a bit crazy to me. Do you like walk around tossing pinches of it in the air?

Yep, what you are using is totally different shit, totally different ingredients, totally different feed rates. If you put 1/4 cup of that "BuildABloom" stuff in a 5-gal pot, you will likely see a massive ph swing towards acidity, nute lockouts and possibly gypsum toxicity. Just stick with the recommended rates, and remember these are organic nutes, which are designed to build your soil over time. In fact, I doubt that you see little impact from the bone meal, rock phosphate, or oyster shells in your mix, withing the three month grow cycle after you apply it. Seeing as how you don't reuse your soil, it's kind of a waste. If you want instant nute ogranic topdress, I'd stick to guanos.

I toss all the root balls in a tote at the same time and amend it at same time. The main stems will dry out and you can toss them out then plus any decomposing roots are beneficial. Unless you need the mix right away in that case you can amend as you go. If you’ve had a plant in a given mix for a short time you may not even need to add too much except EWC. Slow release fertilizer is forgiving; you can always add more especially if you offset that with something inert like coco or perlite to lighten it up.
If you have used dissolved salts heavily in a mix that you now intend for living soil just rinse it out real good...aka “flushing” water to runoff and let it dry. It will probably be barren/sterile but adding some compost and fertilizer should help recharge it. Give teas on the regular to maintain the micro herd...

This looks like webbing. Maybe a fungus? Is this good or bad if I plan on reusing this soil once I accumulate enough61D9819D-F30A-43C9-9D53-EEF8CBBED8F0.jpeg
