What are these white specs

I mean could it possibly be dust or debris? I got white specks sometimes.

Sometimes its debris. Sometimes its drywall dust if I was messing around with rhe ceiling.

Does it brush or blow off?

Yes it comes off also I wet my leaves also and when I do they come off but Eventually are there again

Could be spider mites turn the leaf over and look along the middle parts of the leaf you can see the bastards if it is they try n hide tho but you can still see if you got them
