If you have a good environment and good light you will grow good plants.

Tried and true. This isn't a new method and literally 5 seconds on Google would have yielded you thousands of result for people using it. Skepticism is generally a healthy thing to possess, but I'm not sure why you aren't trusting what people on here have already told you. Best of luck!

14 days from sprout.

21 days from sprout.

28 days from sprout.

19.5 oz. off of 3 plants with only a 23 day veg. Two of the plants in the pics were males so I ended up with 3.

yes u can use it all the way but I will next time stretch a little maxi GROW longer into flower. Too much fade on my last plant.

I use an 8 bulb 4ft. T5 HO fixture for the first three weeks.......then I switch to a NextLight Mega.
