Let Donald chew on that old piece of shoe leather Grassley is going out to pasture anyway. I don't think Pence is gonna pardon Donald as king for a day or 10 minutes.

Pence is Donald's only way out, he must resign or do a 10 minute temp to make Pence POTUS so he can write his pardon. He will turn on Pence before it's over, the dumb cunt just fucked him, but Pence fucked him back. If the fix is not in with Pence Donald will freak out on him and try to turn the base on him. Donald is in survival mode and is capable of anything, his focus is on retaining power and legal sanctuary.
If he demands Pence to Pardon him , Pence will do it like a lap dog

I was under the impression that pardons were for people convicted of crimes and as tRump hasn't been convicted of anything yet how can Pence pardon him even if he is so inclined? From what I gather from all the talking heads I've been watching pardons can't be handed out for future convictions.

At least tRump will get his wish. The Best Ratings Ever!, as literally billions around the world will be glued to their TVs and the web watching him fry in the spotlights. lol

He can blanket pardon him for all federal crimes from say 30 years ago to the date of the pardon. Only applies to federal crimes though and Donald has serious felonies across multiple states, they say federal time is way better than state time...

Trump can't pardon himself though, it might delay justice for a time, but the SCOTUS could also declare it invalid the day after he pulled it out of his pocket.

Donald is way too desperate for the fix to be in, all Donald cares about at this point is getting away with the crime of the century. Pence is his only way out and he will freak out on him, if the fix is not in, and Donald becomes more desperate. This could have been the opening move, Donald calling him out at the rally, Pence ducking out and old chucky doing the ceremony. We will soon see fireworks methinks as the GOP implodes, I got Mikey figured for Mitch's man in the WH, his ace in the hole.

Nixon was pardoned without being charged.

Perhaps it could have been challenged in court. In any case, a presidential pardon won't absolve him of anything at the state level. The tax investigation that I think will be extremely revealing about his illegal money laundering empire is a NY state concern.

As of sept. 26, 2019, this article lists 30 investigations underway. 10 of them could be wiped out by Presidential pardon. Congressional investigations could continue but he might not be charged if there were a pardon. His kids would still be fair game.

12 - CONGRESSIONAL INVESTIGATIONS
10 - FEDERAL CRIMINAL INVESTIGATIONS
8 - STATE AND LOCAL INVESTIGATIONS

Congressional Investigations
In the months since Democrats took control of the House, several committees have opened inquiries that could turn up politically damaging or embarrassing material or lead to impeachment proceedings. Select an investigation to see more.

1. Possible abuse of power by using foreign policy for political ends

2. Potential foreign influence over Trump and possible attempts to obstruct justice

3. Possible role of Trump and others in concealing hush money payments

4. Possible obstruction of justice and abuse of power by Trump and his administration

5. Possible abuses of the White House security clearance process

6. Whether Trump misrepresented his net worth House Oversight and Reform Committee

7.Alleged use of private messaging by White House officials

8. Trump’s tax returns

9. Trump’s communications with Putin

10. Possible money laundering

11. Russian interference in the 2016 election

12. Proposed U.S. nuclear venture in Saudi Arabia

Federal Criminal Investigations
Federal prosecutors are pursuing more than a dozen criminal investigations that grew out of the work of Robert S. Mueller III, the special counsel. These are the ones we know about.

13. Trump inaugural committee

14. Trump inaugural committee donations / committee chairman’s ties to Middle East

15. Business and political dealings of top fund-raiser for Trump’s campaign and inauguration

16. Possible role of Trump and others in concealing hush money payments

17. Whether Trump’s lawyers offered presidential pardon to Cohen

18. Allegations of inflated insurance claims

19. Pending prosecution of Roger J. Stone Jr.

20. Possible lobbying violations by firms recruited by former Trump campaign chairman

21. Pending prosecution of former Manafort associate

22. Bank officer who sought Trump administration job

State and Local Investigations
Authorities in New York, New Jersey and Washington, D.C., are also examining Mr. Trump, his businesses and associates through various — mostly civil — investigations.

23. Trump Organization insurance practices

24. Contributions to Trump inaugural committee

25. Role of Trump’s children and businesses in Trump’s inauguration

26. Pending criminal prosecution of Manafort on state mortgage fraud charges

27. Allegations of misused charitable assets, self-dealing and campaign finance violations by the Trump Foundation

28. Allegations that the Trump Organization inflated financial assets

29. Trump family’s tax schemes

30. Whether Trump and his family underpaid taxes

Holy crap! Even if the prick is never convicted of anything the rest of his life is going to be a living hell fighting all this stuff. I give him 4 more years before his f'n heart explodes from the stress of it all if that. He was only asking for 4 more anyways. :D

Thanks for the info!

Got a gun charge too for having a couple magazines. Hopefully it is like someone finding a joint in a car and not someone else bringing in the guns.
somebody is driving with the guns would be my bet. unfortunately.
the anti trumpers should just stay home tomorrow and let these idiots run around with their flags and GI Joe apparel.
Proud Boys leader arrested on charges related to burning of Black Lives Matter banner, police say

Tarrio, 36, was on a phone call with a USA TODAY reporter when the call was interrupted by loud sirens. He joked that "They're for me," and then, sounding confused, asked the driver of the car he was riding in to pull over. Tarrio told the reporter, "Here's something to write about," before hanging up the call.

In a statement, the Metropolitan Police Department said Tarrio was arrested and charged with destruction of property in connection with an incident last month where Tarrio set fire to a Black Lives Matter banner after a Trump rally. The banner had been taken from a historic Black church.

Tarrio later boasted about it on social media. Officials said Tarrio, who is a convicted felon, was arrested while in possession of two high-capacity firearm magazines and was additionally charged with "Possession of High Capacity Feeding Device."

He boasts about being proud of burning the BLM banner on Parler and in some interview, then comes back to DC. He HAD to know he'd be stopped on his way into the city. Why the high capacity magazines, then? No guns, just the accessory hardware. He's either a complete idiot or he's average smart and has some publicity stunt in mind with the gun HW.

I’m thinking he will have a “heart attack” by the end of July. Perhaps a clandestine CIA operation of some sort.

I'm amazed something like that hasn't happened before now. I got no love for Pence but of the two I think he would have done a lot better job and not left the country in tatters. Would have lost a lot of the base support that has blind love for the orange idiot but kept respect for the office.

that is a strange thing to think to pack before you leave Miami, right?
if somebody is driving the guns, i'm pretty sure they already have high cap mags to go with

maybe DC jail is safer than getting his ass beat tomorrow in public?
Yeah,

Enrique's checklist:

underwear,
socks,
jeans,
armored vest,
worn out tee shirt with hole in armpit,
high capacity magazines that are illegal in DC

wtf?
