Why can't I just grow my autoflower in just coco+perlite+compost/vermicompost with no dry amendments added to it?

Nice. Be careful with the Gaia. I've heard it can burn a little. So use less, but more often.
oh really? I'll definitely back off a bit on the quantity's then, id rather have to top dress a bit more than risk burning
I was planning to stick pretty close to the article I posted above, at this point I like the simplicity of using he organic fert mix rather than buying all the inputs separately

Ya, I like premixed stuff too. I use the Craft Blend from BAS sometimes. Last time I bought the bucket. The Gaia sounds good, I've just heard that it's a little hot.

Here's the BAS link in case anyone wants it. But get whatever is cheaper.

Interesting, so let's say I add to my 15 gallon homemade already composted soil in it's 15 gallon container adding 1 cup of kelp meal, 1 cup of bone meal, 1 cup of bat guano, 1 cup of fish bone meal, 1 cup of oyster shell, and 1 cup of seabird guano (all totaling up to 6 cups of dry amendments) to this 15 gallons of coco (or peat) mixed with compost and perlite won't burn the soil and kill the plant?
You can't just add it to the plant you need to let thr microbes in the soil break down those amendments for a month or so before using the soil.

I would still plant it initially in something without many additives like a happy frog or seedling mix and then up pot after maybe 2 to 3 weeks.
why don't I just use compost mixed with coco and perlite for the top 2/3 of the container and then the bottom 1/3 being my homemade super soil? Would homemade compost (which is vermicompost mixed with some kicten scrap compost and mixed with peat and perlite and sitting out for a month) by itself be good enough for an autoflower seedling to germinate and grow well into it's veg stage and then when it gets to pre flowering it reaches the super soil? Would that work?

I personally have not tried anything like that but the theory is sound. Let us know how it works!

Maybe ask someone from the Neolithic Age how they did it.

And guess what, they did have bat shit back then, along with crabs, bones, and neem too.

Start here.
People have had crabs forever...they just don't like to admit it. Dirty people. Bad.
