Why not.. if it's in a room. Just don't let it blow in the plants direction at close range.

I’ve been growing on and off for a lot of years, doing my first LED grow now. Can you elaborate on why the grow room should be 30°c?

The plants do not transpire under white LED until the temperature reaches 86 degrees at the canopy.
No IR light from white LEDs heating the leaf surface.

The mars hydro ts2000 is very similar to my light. Spiderfarmer just a bit more watts.
You will want that temp up with that light. Others here will be able to confirm that for you.
Mars hydro temp needs mid 80s.
