Living in Uk I know how to make good curries, we got 1000's of Indian and Pakistani people coming over in the 60-70s because u didn't need a working visa back then, so they all came over and gave us taxi ranks, corner shops and curry houses :)

There's a curry house on every corner just like a burger/bbq diner in USA :)

They're masters at spice blends

Oh by all who watch: NO. They are Lucifer’s crucifers.
Bisect longitudinally a bunch of fresh Brussels, put in a large ziplock bag with a few tablespoons of olive oil, some salt, fresh ground black pepper and some diced garlic. Shake around in the bag well so all the ingredients are dispersed on the BS. Take them out and layer on a cookie sheet, you can now sprinkle some grated Parma or Romano on them. Put in 400 degree pre-heated oven, and bake at least 8 min (more if you like them crispier).
Let cool and gorge, they are fantastic. I also will sprinkle some cayenne on them for a zing

Wasn't much of a fish fan to begin with then I watched an episode of Dirty Jobs and learned that they use millions of tilapia in thousands of sewage treatment plants. I'll never eat a poo fish, but i guess a lot of people do :spew:
