whats the latest in flower that you noticed spider mites i am going into week 5 of flower still pest free just super paranoid my last harvest i noticed at week 7 but by then they infested all the way up every watering i spray a mixture of neem and insecticidal soap on the soil and trunk is that ok to do in flowering?

If you like the taste of pesticide and neem in your blunt then ya its fine
Spider mites dont just show up. You have to bring them in from somewhere or move from infected tent to non infected tent
Work on your cleanliness in the room and yourself. Dont let friends in your grow room. Wash hands etc before entering your room. Never cut the grass/work outside then come into your grow always wash and change clothing first. You might think its over kill but when bugs ruin your harvest again youll be going in with a hazmat suit next time. Spray neem in veg an not past week 3 flower. Do not spray the buds. Keep a close eye on your plants but dont freak out and dose em with pesticide especially if you dont have to. Thats major last resort.

thats what i have been doing and so far so good i strip down now before i even enter the room lol kind of glad i got them on my first go round now i know what to watch for

Just dont freak out and overdo something when you dont have to. Be aware be diligent but dont grow scared!

I know for a fact. My mini rose bush has them. I'm sure a few others do. Maybe including the purple shamrock. One day I had the smart idea to sit the mini rose in the grow room. I don't remember why.

i got rid of all houseplants when i started growing i figured better safe than sorry i walk my dog in the woods every day so now i leave the shoes and clothes at the door

I was also going to suggest the pets. Your dog is the bug carrier. If he's or she's the only thing coming out the woods that isn't cleaned. It's the dog.

Keep a lot of wind going and they don't move around much. Had a grow where hundreds just hid under one leaf on top of another cause it's like a tornado in my tent

its part of the game. I am always fighting those little fucks, I use bug be gone at the end of week one for a week spray every other day, before the flowers open up. i dont like spraying after the flowers open .

Pluck or clip a few scattered leaves, especially any that might look distressed. Wear nitrile gloves. Use your jewelers loupe or pocket microscope & search these leaves for mites, eggs or larva. I myself seldom see larva but if present I see eggs / adults. Note they may change color a bit with age. If you have none of the above, you can exhale (but keep checking weekly). Dispose of the leaves & gloves in a sealed ziplock back, directly to bin outside home.
