twister t6, be careful when purchasing....

So ive got a twister t6, whilst the thing works ok, with the right product. i really cant complain.

but! and heres the problem with kierton n Co.

1, different countries are having to pay twice the price for the same product.
2, when it comes to spare parts! either you cant get the parts from the stockist! or yet again youre paying 3 x the price...
3, if you try to order from the states, they will refuse to send you parts, so said stockist can inflate the price.

whilst i accept part of my gripe is a personal one, cause some of us are having the pee ripped out of us!

the main gripe is the fact!!!!
you cant get the bloody spares for it afterwards...!

so be careful what youre buying peeps!

ive just spent weeks trying to get a spare tumbler for a t6. and still not got one....
really crap backup service... considering i only need a spare one for between cleans.
ive emailed kierton twice, no reply in a fortnight. quite shoddy really.....

ask yourself the question.
what you going to do if it breaks down? 2 weeks no reply? no service? no spares.

from where im sat, it was the biggest waste of money going, if anything breaks you gotta buy another whole unit...?

Just curious where you are located? I'm in Canada and never had any issues with getting parts for my T4. You can't purchase direct from them since they sell through retailers but they just pointed me in the direction of one of their retailers and I was good to go.
