It accidentally grew inside of the dirt (yes inside of the dirt amazing) because I accidentally lost the seed in the dirt
Now I pulled her out and found it like this,it has a strong hairy root and looks strong but the shape of it is scaring me,is she good?Would she heal or its over?

It's fine, have patience, don't water overly, if you do just a sprinkle round the side with pH water, a few days she will be perking up, not that she isn't already okay. Overthinking and not leaving them alone can screw them up, been there done that, want a t shirt.

Soil is already very moist
Should I water?

I have done this before, it will be fine.
