Brisket....

I like doing Briskets, course when I buy one, I usually cut it up into chunks since it's only me and my wife eating....so here it goes

Saturday's season day.......

Cover Brisket with olive oil.....or if you wanna kick and yes I've done this too Canna olive oil....rub it down all over with it...think massage..

second add you seasoning.....I like using personally......sea salt, black pepper, onion powder, and also onion flakes. P.s with this if you wanna have fun and I've done it.....use a little kief on it.... give it a rubbing again......put it in a good cook pan....cover with aluminum foil...

now here is a trick if you have tried it....there are two things you can use 1: is water in the bottom of the pan to help with the cooking 2: Is beer(cheap 12 or 16oz) as the beer cooks of use water,it actually makes it more tender

this one I started with my gas pit brought the temp to 400 degress for 3hrs......then bring the temp down to 250 for another 3hrs course it didn't last long cause I ran out of gas so I had to start up the stove...and I kicked it up to 300F for a few hours while saucing it......me personally I like using brown sugar and honey bbq sauce....then I bring it down to 200F and keep saucing it.....till internal temps are 160 to 170 internally.....

bring it out and slice....

my finished product:

we used the liquid as gravy.....the sausages are actually made of wild pig meat.....me and the pooches had a nice snack before we ate...

Really enjoying the content. Starting to be my favorite thread .

1/4 canna coconut oil , 1/2 cup coco powder, 3 tablespoons honey,1/2 tsp vanilla extract.

heat oil ,add coco powder , stir til melted chocolate texture add honey (mikes hot honey is a winner) Last the Vanilla . Once all combined add to candy molds freeze . Once frozen time for blast off !!

pro tip : candy molds pain in the fanny . Use a sauce pan follow instructions but increase 4-5x’s the ingredients. Line brownie pan w/parchment & pour in chocolate. After frozen remove and chunk it up . It’s not tempered so won’t keep @room temp. Store in freezer. Pms staple in our house .

Recipe was taken from YouTube“4 ingredient chocolate “ and is always in stock in our freezer, it’s a keeper

Grease silicone molds with coco oil. Warm in mic for 10 seconds. Invert on counter over sheet pan till cool. Add filling now. Release better with gummies. Hoping it may help.

Love cooking.

I ctaully have an aversion to chocolate and coconut. I use non GMO peanuts and peanut oil with white chocolate. Lucky to be able to buy the chocolate at local bakery. Chips and pucks are fake. LOl. Infuse the peanut oil and use white chocolate and crushed roasted peanuts.

My grandma’s homemade ice cream recipe. Use an electric ice cream maker or your arm may drop off.

3 cups sugar
5 eggs beaten
2 tbs vanilla
pinch salt
2 quarts half and half
2 quarts whole milk

stir sugar together with eggs then add half and half & milk (enough to fill container to fill line)

makes 1 1/2 gal

do not cook
