In my experience nutrient burn usually affects the tips as well.

To me it looks like at some stage your lights were too close to the fan leaves. If it doesnt get any worse I wouldnt worry too much about it. Plants are a little like humans though, if you get sun burn on say youre left shoulder, even though the next day the sun may not be hot, it still burns like shit when it hits your left shoulder.

Point being, if it is heat stress and you have adjusted your lamps to the right height, it may continue to stress that particular burnt leaf. Thing to watch for is if more leaves start to brown up.

ok....but I Don't understand...what "nute" is ?

so, in your opinion, the problem is that the plant it's too near to the lamp bulb....not a nutrient problem...
maybe that the problem is that some water drops have fell on that leaves?
(but i don't remember this)

uhmmmm....no.
are not getting worse.
but sometimes theare are new leaves with this problem.
a problem like this (see the picture in attachment)...

it must be a heat problem.....yeah...
but looking the web site above i'm not so sure....
