Dude... I mix my own soil and one of my original ingredients was dirt from the yard. Given, where I live is a sandy loam similar to indica natural habitat it works better than some I'm sure. But I added compost from the store and perlite, coco, ect. I'll tell you this though I bought all my stuff at Lowe's, home depot, and walmart and from time to time the dollar store here gets small bags of soil. Point being it can be done.
I got a solid PH tester the soil reads a 7.5 every dam time unless I put a splash of lemon juice in it
I know man , I’ve done the same thing indoor with a cheap ass bag of soil , and a couple 36 watt CFLs . Is it jus literally this unlucky bag of soil or wat

I think I do know . Weed the bare basics and a dam light and they grow... it may not win a cannabis cup . But it will grow in the right medium . Now that was my question is it jus shitty soil , are an expert , I don’t think you know but ok

There’s also a Durban poison of the real stuff down ther With it and it ain’t doin much better

These hemp strains started recently I think, it's not the hemp that use to be grown or from hemp companies that give detailed breeding and strains for commercial.
