You initiate flower. I guess it's a Auto strain? Some Autos can't manage to flower properly with 24/24h of light. Put them under 18/6 or 12/12. Cheers!

give them 12 hours of complete darkness starting now then 12 of light you will be in bloom by friday

sunlight is good just leave it in the sunniest 12 hour period of the day then into a dark room with fans blowing
