Small worms in the soil

Just went out to the grow room disturbed the top layer of soil and I’m seeing little yellow or green worm like things moving around. They are too small to get a pic of even. I’m growing in living soil and usually see Rollie Polies but this is new to me. Should I be worried where should I look for more info to Id them?

They are literally so small I can’t even see them unless they are moving. I’ll check out the spring tails. They are only in one of my nine pots.

These are more Like worms rather than insects no legs and curl up when I keep moving the soil.

Fucking nailed it, thanks. After closer inspection I'm seeing the larvae and now a few gnats. Just havnt been seeing anything flting around. I've got four of my plants in buckets and I'm pretty sure they are over watered a little bit. I don't think the water is hurting them but the rest in are in air pots and not a single sign. Everyone of the plants in plastic is starting to yellow. Good looking out.

I tried alot when I had them n those fuckers are relentless...gnat traps help fend em off as well....I used this model and just laid em on my soil
