Just checking these are ok?

First grow, first germination.
Just been to spray my pots as I’ve been doing everyday. Planted the seeds 4 days ago and I’ve been greeted with these.
They’ve been in a dark warm place with freezer bags over the top for humidity.
Nothing was showing yesterday and today I have these so just wanted to check they are ok to get under the light now and not too leggy as I didn’t think they would be this tall from sprouting?

Cut back on spraying
Don't do anything daily but observe
They look on the verge of damping off(too wet)
I would fill those cups with soil and make some kind of a plant stake before the droop

They have been in a controlled temp chamber with no light at all.
They hadn’t broke ground this time yesterday.
As moving them to the tent now with light on

I put them under light the moment I put them in soil.

No they don't need light to break the soil but once they do they need light to grow properly.

That 1 day allowed them to search for light and stretch a bit.

They should be ok if you let it dry out so the root doest rot and lower the light.

I’ve put them in the tent now with the 250 hps about 1ft away.

250 watts is too much for a seedling at that distance.

I'm new to indoor growing however ( tons of outdoor experience)

You will have to guage it and see how it's reacting. But im fairly sure that's overkill.
