How to attach Panda Film to Foam Board Insulation?

Hello,

Short version:
What solution would hold panda film best against Polyisocyanurate foam board insulation (aluminum facing)???

Long version:
I have finished insulating my groom... plywood walls -> spray foam for air seal -> fiberglass r-15 -> 6mil clear vapor barrier (all staples and seams are taped over) -> Polyisocyanurate foam board (radiant aluminum barrier on front back) -> panda wrap.

I am not looking for a debate of putting drywall, osb, plywood, etc. over the foam board and sticking the panda to that. In this situation without getting into to much detail it simply can't happen. Trust me.

I just simply need to know how I get the Panda film to stick to the insulation board with the radiant barrier aluminum facing and not peel off over time due to whatever (humidity, etc.)

Thank you all!

Glue perhaps. Something like this. Make sure it's a waterproof glue

Or drawing pins

You can try screw and oversize washer, hand turned, use coarse twist screws, better grab.
Other than that, maybe lengths of quarter round painted white, laid lengthwise like chair rail and this holds the panda...
Kind of a tough one,

Attached to the studs/ or plywood.

i think the foam board isnt needed with r-15 batts in the wall, id drywall with mold resistant drywall or glasroc or even a cement board. plaster and paint with flat white acrylic latex paint

@BurnzAU Staple into foam board?
@xox I live in Zone 5 climate where winters are super cold and this is in a shed so need all the extra performance for insulation and sealing I can get.
@Moflow My concern is that if I ever wanted to take the panda film down it will rip everything off the face of the insulation.
@FastFreddi the foam board is covering all the studs, it is basically a wall in and of itself.

Might try mounting tape (double-sided) from Gorilla or something... not sure.

Aerosol contact adhesive. It is nasty stuff that can be purchased any where. Just follow directions except the applying to Panda film. Not needed and problems if you do. Get help and secure the top few inches first. Let set until secure after adjusting. Then do remaining lower wall area. This gives you a good solid and clean start to aid in smooth application.

Visit a few paint stores or paint departments. Ask for 1 gallon stir sticks. As many as they will give you. They should be free. Get enough for your needs. Use a staple gun(air trim nailer) to attach to studs after a wrap or two of film around stir stick.

Ok, the foam is over the studs..no problem. Take a furring at the top and bottom of each wall. Predrill holes so they dont crack and screw a 3 inch screw through the strip and the foam board and use it to pinch the film in place. 1 furring strip at top, 1 at bottom, 1 on each side and if neccessary one in the middle.
Other than that you just need to adhere it. I would use spray adhesive like @MICHI-CAN says above or use two sided carpet tape which adheres well.
Lastly you could use 3 or 2 inch screws through the board that go into the wood with washers on them to prevent going through the film and give it a better hold.

A gazillion ways to an end here. Personally would have laminated the foam board before hanging. Also hobby or balsa modelers adhesive called sorghum will adhere the film. And the film can easily be removed. But residue is a pain to wash off. Safe, non toxic and almost organic.

Love these threads. What I've had to do my whole life. Find a fix on the fly and cheap.

I was going to suggest tape, but with the warm temps it may not stick long.

Why? He trying to reach studs? Just get the long ass staples. Wouldnt that be all he needs to attach film or am I missing something ? What if he wants to take the panda off? You happen to read about the poor woman who used gorilla glue spray adhesive on her hair? :o
1/2" aint gittin it done. Max capacity of your staple gun.
